We’re excited to confirm magCulture Live is returning to New York for another celebration of the culture of magazines. Join us on 22 May to hear speakers from Interview, The Paris Review, Balcony, Mother Tongue, Gossamer and more. Plus the magCulture Shop will be popping up alongside our friends at Vitsoe.

magCulture’s annual conference championing the creativity at the heart of magazine culture is back in real life! We’ll be highlighting all aspects of magazine art and craft, but we also want the day to be a celebration, an opportunity to mix together and celebrate magazines in person!

We’re excited to be restarting our events at the magCulture Shop, and who better to kick off the programme than Manchester’s The Modernist? Since 2011 the magazine has developed a strong and vital presence that extends way beyond their modernist core. This event marks the publication of their 40th issue.

The speakers at our upcoming ‘magCulture Live: We love New York’ event span long-established and recently launched publications, demonstrating the ongoing cultural role of magazines in the city as well as New York’s leading contribution to contemporary magazine-making.

The date of our upcoming magCulture Live event has changed. We’ve pushed the date back to Wednesday 9 June to make sure the event meets the standard we, and you, expect – several of our speakers found they couldn’t make the original date for various reasons.
