A new interiors publication from Paris, Sloft is, as its tagline reads above, the ‘magazine for inspiring urban interiors.’
With a focus on contemporary city dwellings, from compact loft apartments to sprawling, larger homes, the heart of the publication is informed by German philosopher Martin Heidegger's ‘culture of habitation’ or, as he put it, ‘nature of dwelling’.
The latest edition is a suitably summery yellow and explores the idea of the home as cocoon. Also inside poetry, art, escapism: 'beauty and good ideas are definitely not a function of square metres!'
