Another issue, another format...

Following Zweikommasieben’s 2024 decision to dissolve their biannual publishing schedule, the publication has embraced ‘new possibilities’ and a ‘freer editorial direction’.

This fucshia, open-bound 30th issue, created in-collaboration with Hyperreality Festival in Vienna—an experimental and electronic music festival which took place over two days in May 2025—is an example of this shift. Smartly following the chronology of the festival, with timestamps serving as secondary page numbers, the edition features personal memories, chance encounters and conversations with artists before and after their performances. Readers experience the festival through Zweikommasieben’s editorial point of view, with all the featured content and photography produced during the two-day event. As the editors write: ‘it represents the festival, but isn’t the festival.’
