This latest edition of Belgian art and culture magazine Girls Like Us is an ode to Brussels-based community space Mothers & Daughters, which shuttered its doors earlier this year. Themed ‘The Vortex’, the issue celebrates the chance encounters, friendships and collaborations sparked by nine successful years of the collective. As the team behind GLU reminisce: ‘At the centre, a mass of forces gathered, creating something larger and more powerful than the sum of its parts.’
