This week in London, ‘Reading Magazines’ will provide a historical context for today’s magazines and look ahead at the magazines of the future. Organiser Steve Watson, founder of the Stack Magazines subscription club, discusses his hopes for the day as he shares his working week and introduces his rescue dog, Forest.
Blue Moon brings together a mix of artists, musicians, filmmakers, photographers and writers ‘that are on the margins; figures and harbingers of subcultural movements.’ Founder Leah Gumundson tells us more as she shares her week (away!), her inspirations, and reflections on the first 15 years of her magazine.
Partners is a magazine about relationships between people, ideas and things. Each issue brings together artists, writers and photographers to explore a single question; for the new, fourth issue, that question is, ‘Who do you follow?’ Editor Takuhito Kawashima introduces his magazine as he shares his week.
